Mission Statement
The Mission of Alliance Baptist Church is to:
- Reach out to the unsaved and compel them to come to Christ.
- To nurture disciples into spiritual maturity through prayer, preaching, teaching, fellowship, praise and worship.
- To minister to the spiritual, physical and social needs of all people; regardless of age, gender, affectional status, sexual orientation, or gender identification.

Vision Statement
The Vision of Alliance Baptist Church of Saint Louis City is to:
- Evangelize the world
- Prepare the ministries and disciples of Alliance Baptist Church to minister to the spiritual, physical and social needs of its congregants and community.
- Develop and implement (in conjunction with community residents, businesses and other organizations of like faith.) programs to educate and motivate community members to restore, rehabilitate and maintain a community with strong Christian morals and ethics.

- The Bible is the Divinely Inspired Word of God.
- In the Triune nature of God; Father, Son, and Holy Sprit; demonstrated in the flesh in the person of Jesus Christ.
- God's Grace and Salvation is free and available to anyone who desires.
- Faith in Jesus Christ is essential to Salvation.
- Salvation is the free gift of God to anyone who calls Jesus Christ Lord.
- Baptism is the outward sign of the inward grace of Christ which seals our membership in the Body of Christ; the Church. Finally Membership in Christ's Church is not predicated on the basis of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or gender identification,
